Durma 10 x 3

This machine was bought by a client and had an existing retrofit fitted. The system was difficult to work with, had no library of settings, and had a very limited interface.

The machine has had the following work carried out:

• Fully stripped of the old controller and wiring
• New closed-loop AC servos fitted to the existing gearboxes and wired into the controller
• All new limit switches were wired and fitted
• New generation CR PLASMA torch post system fitted
• Full CR PLASMA controller console / HMI and integrated operator interface system
• The machine is now fully back up and running using the existing 300A UltraCut XT from Thermal Dynamics

10M x 3M Durma Retrofit by CR PLASMA

This machine was already retrofitted when Glenn purchased it. It was badly retrofitted. We rewired and refitted the machine with new servos, cables and now a new 301 Ultract XT from Thermal Dynamics.
