A client bought this machine and had issues since it was installed. A few people before us had tried to get it going. We fitted the CR PLASMA platform to the machine, integrated the MAXPRO 200, and got her going. She’s been cutting ever since.

The machine has had the following work carried out:

• Fully stripped of the old controller and wiring
• Max PRO 200 was kept and integrated
• The controller was connected to existing gearboxes
• All new limit switches were wired and fitted
• New generation CR PLASMA torch post system fitted
• Full CR PLASMA controller console / HMI and integrated operator interface system
• The machine is now fully back up and running using the existing MAXPRO 200
